Shipping & Returns

1. We offer a next working day delivery service which is available on all dry In Stock items. Next working day delivery is only available to UK Mainland addresses (Not Including Scottish Highlands, Islands and Ireland).

2. If goods are not received within 7 days please contact us direct on Tel:  01482 899777, (this number will divert to a mobile if not answered).

3. All goods must be signed for upon delivery and any damages/shortages reported to us within 24hours.

4. All goods are available to be tracked online by our couriers.

5. Smiths Nurseries Thorngumbald Ltd offer delivery on all livestock and dry goods, delivery prices MUST be arranged prior to purchase, by either;

5c. Delivery for livestock to be arranged prior to purchase and will be charged by area and species, delivery will be done by either our vans or trusted licenced animal couriers.

6. Any non-mainland areas are all subject to additional delivery charges and arrival times.

7. We can offer both full and half Pallet rates available on request.

8. Returns are accepted on dry goods which arrive damaged or in an ‘unusable’ condition, faulty or the wrong item is sent. If this does happen we will either send a replacement item on receipt of the damaged or faulty product back or issue a partial refund whichever the buyer would prefer!

10. Please note we try to keep all products in stock, however at times out of stocks cannot be avoided. We will email you updates on your orders status to keep you fully informed.
